Here you’ll find quick answers to our most common customer questions about ordering, shipping, returns, and the Sèrve product range.

1. Who is Second Serve?
Second Serve is a South African padel lifestyle store based in Lichtenburg.
We’re home to Sèrve — a premium collection of padel bags, apparel, and on-court essentials designed with a modern, elevated aesthetic.
We’re an online-only store, allowing us to offer premium design at accessible pricing, with secure nationwide delivery.
2. Do you sell authentic Sèrve products?
Yes. All Sèrve products are designed, tested, and distributed directly by us.
When you shop on secondserve.co.za, you’re buying 100% authentic and officially released Sèrve merchandise.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
International shipping is not yet available.
4. How much is shipping?
- R99 nationwide
- FREE on orders over R1,200
Shipping fees are automatically applied at checkout.
5. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
Major cities: 2–4 business days
Regional / outlying areas: 3–7 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
6. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During launches or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always notify you if there is a delay.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll resend it.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address.
If the parcel has already shipped, address changes need to be handled through the courier and may incur additional fees.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.

10. How do I start a return or exchange?

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

11. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. To ensure the item you want does not sell out:
- Return the original product.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
12. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you believe a product is defective:
- Take photos immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- Email the photos and your order number to sales@secondserve.co.za.
We will assist with a replacement or next steps.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through:
- Yoco
- Credit & debit cards
- Instant EFT (where available)
All payments are encrypted and processed by trusted third-party gateways.
14. Are Sèrve bags suitable for all padel racquets?
Yes. Sèrve racquet bags and totes are designed with universal sizing to fit most padel racquets comfortably, with premium materials and structured shapes.

15. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift for padel lovers.
They are delivered instantly via email.
