At Second Serve, we aim to deliver a seamless and premium shopping experience from checkout to court. Every Sèrve product is handled with care and delivered securely nationwide across South Africa.
1. Shipping Rates
We keep our delivery pricing simple:
- Standard Shipping (Nationwide): R99
- Free Shipping on all orders over R1,200
All orders are shipped within South Africa only.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.
During busy periods, new product drops or promotional events, slight delays may occur — but our team will always keep you updated.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery:
- Major cities & metros: 2–4 business days
- Regional / outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays.
4. Courier Partners
We work with trusted South African courier partners to ensure:
- reliable delivery
- real-time tracking
- secure handling of all Sèrve products
All parcels are packaged with care to protect your items throughout transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking link.
You can monitor your parcel at any time until it arrives at your door.
If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us so we can assist.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within South Africa only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, misrouted, or appears lost, please contact us immediately:

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives with visible damage:
- Photograph the box and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Send images and your order number to byserveZA@gmail.com
We will assist with a replacement or next steps.
