Thank you for shopping at Second Serve! We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping within South Africa

• Standard Delivery:

We deliver nationwide within 2–8 business days.

• Flat rate: R99

• Free shipping on orders over R1200

• Express Delivery:

Available in major cities.

• 1–2 business days

• Rate calculated at checkout based on location

Shipping of Preowned Items

We take extra care to collect, inspect, clean, and pack all preowned gear. This may add 3-5 extra business day to processing, but ensures quality and satisfaction.

Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed are processed in upto 2 days depending on demand  

• You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. If you’re based outside SA and are interested in our gear, please contact us at support@secondserve.co.za.
